Great work and good service. Have had several visits here for different vehicles. Fast service and the proprietor explains the issues well before proceeding with the work. I just had my truck AC worked on. The cost actually ended up to be less than the estimate. Sweet!

We ran into car trouble when driving through Pendleton and Mike saved the day. The staff at our hotel referred us to him. We called him at 5:30pm and asked if he could check it out the next morning, which he did. In the morning they checked the car out and within an hour had a diagnosis and fix, along with a detailed explanation of what happened. The charge was way cheaper than we had anticipated. Mike is like Dr. House - seems to have an encyclopedic knowledge of cars and runs through his diagnostic algorithms like an expert. Super friendly and efficient. Wish we lived here so he could be our regular mechanic. :)

When our Van died, we were able to get it to here. They took a look and gave us the bad news that the engine was dead. They went over all possible options with us honestly. Even when it was decided to have the Van towed back to Tacoma by a friend, they went out of their way to help us out until he got there!

Big thank you to Mike & crew for squeezing us in to troubleshoot issues with our pickup when traveling through. No dealer within 50 miles could see us, he made time. While we were sitting there two other travelers stopped with vehicle troubles that they helped and advised. Thank you again!!

Stranded in Pendleton, we were at the mercy of Mike & crew to get us back running and at no time did we feel taken advantage of. Similar to others, we broke down on the hill near Pendleton and were towed to the Auto Clinic. Our tow guy recommended Mike over a few other places in town. By the next morning, we got a call thoroughly explaining what Mike thought happened and that he couldn't strongly recommend any service as he wasn't sure if it'd fix it. We were super impressed that an auto shop didn't recommend any service. We ended up getting an oil flush to be on the safe side and safely got back home. Wish we had a place like this in Seattle!

I have had the Auto Clinic work on several of my cars when the need arises. Mike is always informative and fair. I trust these people completely and I would highly recommend that next time you need automotive repair that you use the very capable people at the Auto Clinic.

They are extremely honest, trustworthy and helpful going above and beyond. As a widow, I so appreciate they don't take advantage of my naivety.
